Refund policy

1. 7-Day Return Window

We offer a 7-day return window starting from the date your order is marked as delivered. Any return request must be initiated within this period. Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for return.

2. Product Must Be Unused and in Original Condition

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. All original packaging, tags, labels, and accompanying materials must be intact and returned along with the item.

3. No Returns if Seal Is Broken

For hygiene and authenticity reasons, products with a broken seal or removed security tag will not be eligible for return or exchange. Items must remain in the exact condition in which they were received.

4. Refund Process After Quality Check

Once the returned product is received, it will undergo a quality inspection to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within the applicable processing timeframe
